The Princeton Chamber of Commerce has donated funds from the Princeton Community Day Event to Safe Kids Johnston County, led by the Partnership for Children of Johnston County.
Safe Kids Johnston County works to prevent unintentional childhood injury, the leading cause of death and disability to children ages 1 to 18. Safe Johnston County is a member of Safe Kids Worldwide, a global network of organizations dedicated to preventing unintentional injury.
On hand for the check presentation were from left to right, Jennifer Williams, Safe Kids Johnston County Coordinator, Debbie Allen, Princeton Community Day Event Coordinator, Chief Tyrone Sutton, Princeton Police Department and Marla Ashworth, Princeton Town Administrator.
