A undercover investigation into the sale of methamphetamines in the Selma area in 2016 has now lead to a second arrest in the case.
On Friday, the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of 20 year-old Alan Randall Richardson of the 2000 block of Baker’s Chapel Road, Smithfield. On December 20th, Dylan Scott McLamb, 25, of the 200 block of Crooked Branch Drive, Selma was arrested in connection with the same investigation.
Sheriff’s Captain Jeff Caldwell said narcotic agents made undercover buys of methamphetamines during the drug probe.
Both Richardson and McLamb are charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver methamphetamine, selling methamphetamines and the delivery of methamphetamines. Richardson was held under a $200,000 bond after his arrest on Thursday. McLamb was given a $150,000 bond after his arrest last month.
