Selma Railroad Days Pageant To Feature 22 Contestants

SELMA, N.C. – Twenty-two contestants across seven age divisions will take the stage Saturday for the annual Selma Railroad Days Pageant.

The pageant will be held Sept. 26 at Selma Elementary School, 311 W. Richardson Street, with two sessions planned during the day.

The Mini Miss Pageant will begin at 10 a.m. and include the Baby Miss, Wee Miss and Tiny Miss divisions.

Competing for Baby Miss are Anna Lynn Smith, Dawn Hazel Neptune, Tristolynn Ennis and Sadie Grace Byrd.

The Wee Miss contestants are Ava Wilder Keen, Pearl Wilkes, Brynnleigh Cowan, Aurora Setal and Bryelle Leftdwrige.

Competing for Tiny Miss are Maggie Eliza Odom and Raegan Lee Pankey.

The second session, the Miss Pageant, will begin at 5 p.m. and include the Little Miss, Junior Miss, Teen Miss and Miss Selma Railroad Days divisions.

Little Miss contestants are Blakelyn Tucker, Irelyn Grace Natividad, Saylor Ann Henry and Emma Bonner.

Competing for Junior Miss are Stella James Holden, Paislee Caroline Graham, Madison Jeanette Clark and Lexie Grace Braswell.

Shayla Brooke Mooring will compete in the Teen Miss division.

Emma Marie Daughtry and Addy Grace Smith will compete for the title of Miss Selma Railroad Days.

The pageant is part of the annual Selma Railroad Days celebration, with winners representing the festival through their respective titles.

Community members are invited to attend and support the contestants.

The Mini Miss Pageant runs from 10 a.m. to noon, while the evening Miss Pageant is scheduled from 5 to 9 p.m.
