FOUR OAKS – A two vehicle accident caused traffic delays for approximately one hour, Thursday evening, near Four Oaks.
A Jeep and SUV collided at the US 301/701/I-95 interchange just before 6:00pm. The impact caused the SUV to overturn.
Three people sustained minor injuries in the accident.
Traffic was reduced to one lane until the wrecked vehicles could be towed from the scene.
Four Oaks Fire, Johnston County EMS, Four Oaks Police, and the State Highway Patrol responded.
Thank God based on what I see the injuries were miner.
This entire area desperately needs to be renovated completely. At least bring it into this century. Please and Thank you.
