FOUR OAKS – Law enforcement officers are investigating a weekend home invasion. The incident occurred around 7:30pm Saturday, Jan. 11 on Larkspur Court, off Heath Road, near Four Oaks.
A 29 year-old woman reported two unknown suspects burst into her home brandishing handguns. The suspects ransacked the residence and demanded money. The gunmen fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No injuries were reported.
The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
