Four individuals were appointed to three Town of Smithfield advisory boards recently.
Michael Johnson of South Crescent Drive was reappointed to the Smithfield Board of Adjustment.
Robbie Parker of River Birch Court was reappointed to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. Eddie Foye Jr. of South Second Street was appointed to his first term on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee.
Crystal Roberts of Heritage Drive was appointed to a first term on the Library Board of Trustees.
With the appointment, the town still has several vacant advisory board positions. The Appearance Commission has 3 openings, Board of Adjustments – 1 In-Town Member; Historic Properties Commission – 4 positions; Library Board of Trustees – 2 positions; Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission- 2 In-Town and 2 High School student positions (2 year term); and the Planning Board – 1 ETJ alternate position.
