Former Church Fellowship Hall Heads To Auction Block

FOUR OAKS, N.C. — Blackman’s Grove Baptist Church will sell its former fellowship hall through a public auction.
The building, located at 1458 Wood-Lee Road near Four Oaks, sits on approximately one acre and is zoned Agriculture-Residential (AR).
According to information released by the church, the concrete masonry building contains approximately 2,800 square feet and features central heating and air conditioning, LP gas heat, a metal roof, and a Johnston County water connection.
A public auction is scheduled for Saturday, July 11 at 12:00 noon at the property. The auction will establish a base bid, followed by a 10-day upset bid period during which higher offers may be submitted until no additional bids are received.
