JoCo Angels Ride 4 Recovery Is April 27

Volunteers, sponsors and vendors needed

BENSON – JoCo Angels, an opioid awareness and support organization, will hold its fourth annual Ride 4 Recovery fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 27. Food, music, a silent auction and more will be set up at Freedom Biker Church, located at 669 Tarheel Road, Benson.

Volunteers, sponsors and vendors are needed. Vendor applications must be approved by April 19.

The JoCo Angels will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, at Freedom Biker Church. This meeting will focus on the Ride R Recovery event and volunteers will learn their roles for the day of the event.

“This is our big fundraiser and proceeds are used to sponsor people to recovery and sober living,” said JoCo Angels President Kelley Blas in an email. “We are so grateful to Freedom Biker Church and Seven Sabres Brotherhood for making this happen for us year after year! We believe in this work and see lives changed and saved daily.”
