NASHVILLE – Kenneth L. Johnson, 77, went to be with his Lord and Savior Monday, February 7, 2022. He was born June 1, 1944 in Wilson County to the late Marvin and Norvell Lamm Johnson. Kenneth was the founder of Nashville Praise and Worship Church (Fellowship Church), where he served for 45 years. He loved his family, his Lord, sports, and playing tennis. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Robert Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 57 years Lois Johnson; son Michael Johnson and wife Melanie; brothers Craig Johnson and wife Linda, Charles Johnson and wife Florence; grandchildren Chandler and Cameron Johnson.
Visitation with family and friends will be Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 10:00-10:45AM at Fellowship Church with a funeral service to be held at 11:00AM with Minister Donald Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Bailey Cemetery.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials in Honor of Kenneth may be made to Fellowship Church.
