PRINCETON – Police are investigating a shooting reported Thursday morning. Princeton Police Chief Tyrone Sutton said officers were dispatched at 4:16am to the intersection of Barden Street and Highway 70 West.
Chief Sutton said shots were fired from one vehicle striking a second vehicle driven by the victim. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to WakeMed.
The investigation is ongoing. No further details have been released.
