Search Warrant Leads To Arrest Of Selma Woman

SELMA, N.C. — A Selma woman was arrested after Johnston County narcotics officers searched her home and reportedly found several illegal drugs.

April Nicole Woxblom, 35, of the 6400 block of N.C. Highway 39 North, was taken into custody Tuesday, Oct. 6.

The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division, assisted by N.C. Probation and Parole, executed a search warrant at the residence.

Investigators said they seized suspected crystal methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Woxblom was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was also charged with a felony parole violation connected to a prior conviction for felony possession of a controlled substance and attempted possession of a firearm by a felon.
