SMITHFIELD – Senior Resident Superior Court Judge Thomas Lock administered the Oaths of Office to Smithfield Mayor Andy Moore and three members of the town council, Tuesday night. All four incumbents won re-election in November.
Councilmen John Dunn, Steve Rabil, and Roger Wood received their oaths.
Afterwards, Mr. Wood was unanimously elected the new Mayor Pro-Tem.
