The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office is looking for two suspects wanted for questioning for passing counterfeit money at two businesses. Both incidents occurred on Thursday.
The suspects went to Dollar General on US70 in Princeton and passed two counterfeit $20 bills. They later passed two bogus $20 bills at Myers Community Mart on US70 East of Smithfield.
Both suspects were black males wearing white t-shirts, ball caps, and pants. They left the businesses in a silver Chevy Malibu with tinted windows.
