An SUV ran off Highway 222 near Beulahtown Road west of Kenly Friday night striking a driveway culvert and overturning.
No injuries were reported but the homeowner said the accident marked the fifth time a vehicle has ran off Highway 222 and into their driveway culverts. Damage from a previous accident was repaired just a week ago.
Several people were in the overturned SUV but all allegedly denied they were driving. The NC Highway Patrol is investigating the accident. Photos by John Payne
