Kenly – Bobby Allen Smith, 68, of Kenly passed away at Johnston UNC Hospital in Smithfield. A native of Wake Co., he was the son of the late Mike and Betty Rogers Smith.
Bobby was a heavy equipment operator for many years.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Tom Smith.
He is survived by his son; Nicholas Smith and wife Naomi; daughter, Katie Stafford and husband Brandon; brothers, Danny Smith, Jerry Smith and wife Kay; and four grandchildren, Makayla Peffly, Isaac Smith, Claire Stafford and Amelia Stafford.
There will be no formal service.
