Clayton – Faye Ann Evans Grice, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, in UNC Johnston Health of Smithfield. Born, September 5, 1947, in Johnston County she was a daughter of the late Berlon and Iris Evans. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willard Grice, daughter, Brenda Pearce, granddaughter, Bridget Wood and grandson, C.J. Guin. Faye was a strong lady and always spoke her mind. She loved her cats and dogs as well as other animals. Faye was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 31, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Parrish Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Old Beulah Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m.

She is survived by her daughters; Mary Lou Allen of Kenly, Linda Mae Allen (Rocky) of Smithfield, Edith Ann Moore (David) of Kenly; sisters, Linda Hammett of Wendell, and Brenda Evans of Gaffney, SC, ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren as well as her life partner Andre.
