Angier – Charles Jackson Allen, age 85 passed away July 4, 2020 at Barbour Court Nursing and Rehab.
He was born in Johnston County on May 17, 1935 to the late William G. and Lela Sullivan Allen. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by wife, Kay Allen; several brothers and sisters. He is survived by Daughters, Mildred Allen, Cathy Myrick, Donna Smith, Judy McClure all of Four Oaks; Son, Charlie Allen of Newton Grove;7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; Step daughter, Debra Godwin; 2 step sons, Wayne and Donald Ballard.
Mr. Allen enjoyed fishing, tending his garden, and listening to blue grass music.
