Connie Lee Pittman Eason, age 70, of Selma passed away at her home on September 24, 2020. Born in Johnston County on December 28, 1949, she was the daughter of the late James Lee and Mary Lee Jones Pittman. Connie was also preceded in death by her twin sister, Bonnie Lee Childers. Connie owned and operated Connie’s Style Shop for nearly 40 years.
The family will receive friends at Parrish Funeral Home in Selma on Sunday from 1 to 2 pm followed by a funeral service at 2 pm. Burial will follow in Selma Memorial Gardens.
Surviving are her husband, Oscar Kerney Eason, Jr.; son James Kerney Eason and wife Cellie of Sparta; her daughter Tonya Donithan and husband Chris of Holly Springs; brother James Larry Pittman of Kenly; grandchildren, James Bradley Eason, Erin Elizabeth Garr, Andrew Hunter Bridges, Dylan Allen Eason, Lyric Eli-Eason Harper, Montana Hope Eason, Cody Clayton Eason, Mary Lee Eason and Catherine Lee-Ann Donithan; and great grandchildren Isabell Faye Eason, Keith Durwood Eason and Zoei Nicole Eason with two more on the way.
