Keith William Nichols, age 65, died Tuesday afternoon at his home. Born June 10, 1956 in Winnebago county, IL, he was a son of the late Homer Geffrey and Ruth Irene Bennett Nichols. Keith was a well-respected construction remodeler by trade in Florida until he retired and moved to Clinton, NC.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 26, 2021 in the cemetery at Unity Presbyterian Church near Newton Grove. His brother, the Rev. Charles Nichols will officiate.
Surviving are his wife, Deborah K. Nichols; step-son, Stephen D. Lewis and his wife Nelda of El Paso, TX; brother, Rev. Charles Nichols and his wife Ruth of Newton Grove; sister, Sharon Royal of Clinton and three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Thru the Bible.
