Arrest Made In Johnston County Break-In

WILLOW SPRNG – A 27 year-old man was allegedly captured at the scene of a break-in. Antonio Roy Carrington of the 6500 block of NC 42 West, Garner is charged with felony breaking and entering, felony possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, felony possession of a stolen firearm, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

On April 21 around 7:48pm, the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office responded to a break-in on Emerald Point in the Willow Spring community. Deputies reportedly found Carrington in a shed on the property.

No items had been stolen from the address, however Carrington was allegedly found to have two pistols, ammunition, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana in his possession. One of the pistols had been reported stolen to the Fayetteville Police Department.

Carrington was booked on the charges at the Johnston County Detention Center.
