  1. Good to see the geniuses in the community getting what they deserve. I bet they acted all tough and then cried when the PO PO came and busted them asking for their momma’s.

    • I’m one of their mothers and my son hasn’t cried like a baby. People choose the life they want to live so let’s not judge anyone. Everyone has made a mistake sometime in their life and no one is perfect, not even JESUS. I’m praying for all those who’s locked up at this time. Lord be with them. Amen.

      • That proud mother of one of these unfortunate kids that made a mistake or mistakes couldn’t have said it any better! It takes a brave George Soros Johnston County justice system to stand up and give these kids a second chance. Our Johnston County justice system needs to stay focused on ridding the school board of our political rivals Ron Johnson!!! LOCK UP THEM REPUBLICANS!!!

      • Your failures as a parent should not be societies problem. I personally hope they don’t get the opportunity to terrorize the community ever again.

        • Beyond pathetic. There are many kids who suck and it is not a direct reflection of their parents. You cant force someone to do good and it does not matter how hard you try when you raise them. Look at you I doubt your parents raised you to be a keyboard warrior.

      • Now that is funny. You coming on here to defend your criminal offspring. I bet you are so proud. You are worried because I said he cried. You are exactly why your son is a criminal. I blame you. And let me guess, his father isn’t around. Look in the mirror lady, this is on you.

      • You have got to be kidding?? You are going to defend your kid with his record! You must be on drugs like your boy. This is what is wrong with parents, a guy could kill someone in cold blood and the parent says my boy is a good boy and you just don’t understand him, my boy can do no wrong. Well lady, time to wake up and smell the roses, your boy is a criminal and needs to pay the piper. Disgusting, that’s what you wrote is, it’s disgusting!

      • Ma’am Jesus was perfect, sinless, and flawless. We certainly are not, but you don’t have to start throwing blasphemous lies about the LORD around in the chat. I know you’re upset over these recent events, but repent and believe, follow His teachings and if you can encourage others to do the same we can have less of these crimes in our community. Blessing upon you.

  2. So to be clear, MacFarland was arrested while CURRENTLY OUT ON BAIL for possession of a firearm by a felon (meaning he’s already been arrested and tried and convicted as a felon, was arrested again and was released on bond, and was then arrested again in Clayton), possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, possession of a weapon of mass destruction, possession of a stolen firearm, possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, and carrying a concealed weapon. He’s now been charged with two counts of trafficking opioids, and resisting delaying and obstructing. And he’s being held pending bail AGIAIN? Why even give him a chance for bail? He was just arrested while out on bond!!! Obviously he’s going to learn his lesson this time, right? Or more likely, he’s going to continue this pattern and some innocent person is going to get hurt or killed because apparently there’s not limit on second chances for criminals.

    • If you believe in the US Constitution and more specifically the Bill of Rights, the 8th ammendment is why anyone is given bail. We can’t pick and choose what rights our founding fathers gave us.

      • “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”
Eighth Amendment to the US Constitution

Therefore, your argument doesn’t make sense, sorrynotsorry.

Homeslice should have been incarcerated and NOT out on bail to perform additional illegal activities, such as distsributing drugs.

We need to bring back SWIFT and JUST punishments- take the criminals off our streets and protect the rest of us.

      • But judges can deny bail. I guess you are ok with a repeat offender being out on bail and continuing to commit crimes. You are what is wrong with this country today. Time to go back to Joe Biden and Bill Clintons 3 strikes and you are out law. Put them all in jail forever.

        • Some assumptions being made about me from a simple fact. I do not support people committing crimes, I just stated the reason they are given bail is in constitutional law and case law. Yes, judges can deny bail but only in certain circumstances. The rule of law is very specific and needs to be followed or else mistrials and dismissals can occur. Take a step back before you throw around accusations of politics and motives for speaking. I am what is wrong with this country? I am a US citizen with every right that every US citizen has. I love my country and I can imagine you love it as well. Can we unite under that premise?

  3. He is out on bail because we have a brave George Soros District Attorney Office here in Johnston County that is committed to making sure our mostly peaceful – partly violent social justice soldiers are given a fair shake and making sure that political opponents such as Ron Johnson are removed from office by using the Washington Democrat play book of the Department of Justice!!! LOCK ALL THEM REPUBLICANS UP!!!

  4. Glad this dirty trash is off the street. GREAT JOB TO ALL THE LEOs INVOLVED. Thanks to the Judge that gave them a bail that maybe they won’t be able to just run. I tired of trash like this and them getting away with it. Hope this sends a strong message.

  5. If you do a research on Simmons you will see he is also out on bail, on 2 separate charges pending both gun and drug related while also being released from prison a year ago for armed robbery. He is out right now, roaming the streets after making bail. How this is allowed is beyond me. It’s almost as if our system is purposefully letting them back into society, it just goes to show how broken everything really is. This needs to be brought to light, these are the actions that destroy families and communities. All I had to do was run a quick search on all the names to get this info. How a judge can see this and still allow them to make bail should be a crime.

  6. Just curious as to why none of you law abiding, concerned citizens of Johnston County did not comment on this article “60 Year-Old Man Receives 30 To 61 Year Prison Sentence.” Makes you wonder.

    • Because it seems like the Justice system worked the way it’s supposed to in that case? A man raped someone, the victim came forward, and he was given basically a lifetime sentence.
Unless you’re saying he should have been given a minimal bond and allowed to continue to live in society?
The people in this article are all young and have already demonstrated their unwillingness to follow the law and disregard for rules. They have CHOSEN this life. No one forced it on them.
At this point they should also be charged with Larceny of Oxygen.

  7. So many advocating FOR the alleged criminals. An apparent Biden advocate too? Integrity is a scarce commodity. The family of those arrested need prayers. Young lives headed to disaster is never easy to accept.

  8. That dude was convicted of sex crimes against multiple people, including children. I am ok if he never sees the light of day again outside of prison and would be more than happy to see him incarcerated in the same cell with the fine gentleman mentioned in the story above.
