SMITHFIELD – On Monday, U.S. Senators Thom Tillis (R-NC) and John Boozman (R-AR), Ranking Member of the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Committee, hosted a farm bill listening session in Smithfield to hear concerns directly from North Carolina farmers as Congress works to write the 2023 Farm Bill.
“Farmers in North Carolina and across the country are facing unprecedented challenges, and yesterday’s listening session was an opportunity to directly hear from them about the issues they are facing as we work to craft the 2023 Farm Bill,” said Senator Tillis. “I want to thank my colleague Senator Boozman for making the trip to North Carolina to hear from North Carolina farmers. I will continue to advocate on their behalf in Washington so they can put food on the table for families across North Carolina and the country.”
I said it last month, when Rouzer touted this piece of pork barrel spending, and I’ll say it again: More than $900B in federal spending (a 18% increase) with nearly 67% going to subsidies for corporations with $1B or more in revenue, another ~$25M for SOCIALIST programs, and ~$15M for bureaucratic outlays. There’s no better example of BIG GOVERNMENT. Tillis & Boozman should be ashamed to call themselves Conservatives… they may as well join the tax and SPEND Dems. #VoteOutIncumbents
Tell the truth stop your belief in thinking this country can be fixed, I understand your human nature of thinking things are going to get better and this ship can be saved but you and so many are going to see some of the worst days to come that would make a horror movie seem comforting. We are being devoured by biblical migration numbers that no country on earth can survive and a president that has packed his pockets and his family pockets with unimaginable millions of dollars for his family to survive on with the beginning of our society collapsing. Think about, the free press intentionally looking the other way, our FBI is intentionally looking the other way? Migrating people that have no concern for your safety and way of life are literally in the process in turning this country over to lawlessness and into a living hell. Democrats, Independents and Republicans your way of life is over, if you don’t believe us just look at the mass migration or invasion at the southern border and believe me this isn’t survivable under the current style of governing right? This crisis is how your country is being and will be changed into nothing you will reaconize by year end. We do appreciate you Americans cooperation in achieving this victory!!!
Tillis & Boozman are just trying to figure out the how the can buy the most votes with your tax dollars, their political priority it to get re-elected.
