The truck then traveled towards Vander onto Rock Hill Road, where it again drove off the highway, through a field and around a house.

The driver then ran through a wooded area back out to the highway where he was spotted and detained by responding deputies from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspect is identified as Brandon Stellone, 43, of 750 Wiltshirt Road, Fayetteville, a verified member of the Crips street gang. Stellone is a convicted felon with an extensive criminal history.
