3 Four Oaks Residents Facing Drug Charges
FOUR OAKS – Three Four Oaks area residents were arrested by narcotics agents with the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office. On March 17, officers were conducting an investigation into illegal activity at an address in the 400 block of Juniper Church Road.
Agents said they seized approximately 15 grams of crystal methamphetamine from the home of Anthony Chris Johnson, age 55, of Juniper Church Road. Johnson was charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson was held on a $50,000 secured bond.

Also charged were Donnie Fitzgerald Strickland, age 31, of the Travelers Inn, NC 96 South, and Chelsie Woodall, age 26, of the 200 block of Mullbery Road.
Strickland was charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on a $30,000 secured bond.
Woodall was charged with possession with intent to manufacture sell or deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also served with a failure to appear warrant for misdemeanor breaking and entering and a warrant for felony probation violation. Woodall was confined in the Johnston County Jail under a $72,000 bond.
A fourth person, Joseph Andrew Ross, age 33, of Benson was located at the address. Ross was charged with probation violation. He was not cited for any additional offenses.
